I'm a loyal member of Silky Gem Crystal Candy but decided to experience a new company.
Unfortunately, the experience with this company was unsatisfactory and lack customer service.
On 27 January 2025, I ordered a simple order, and received a notification 8 March 2025 for shipping. The timeliness and lack of customer service was so poor, I totally forgot I order the candy.
I fully understand each candy is hand made as I've purchased high quality crystal candy before, however 6 weeks for a simple order is unacceptable.
The customer service department was inconsiderate, unhelpful and came off sarcastic.
If you want to wait 6 weeks or more for candy go for it, if not, I suggest you look else where
they came a month late the flavor is good but i cant do the texture of it, i waited for something i cant even eat, if your new to crystal candy make sure you can at least handle texture before buying them.
