Refund policy

Refunds & Returns Policy:

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all food item sales are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been shipped.

Shipping & Delivery:

Yabumoto carefully packages all orders to ensure safe transit. However, once an order has been shipped and accepted by USPS, Yabumoto is no longer responsible for damages, delays, or conditions that may occur during delivery, as these are outside of our control.

USPS Insurance & Claims:

All packages are shipped via USPS and include up to $100 of USPS insurance. If your package arrives damaged or you are dissatisfied with the condition of delivery, you may file a claim directly with USPS using your tracking number. USPS will handle the claim review and resolution process.
